The beloved Law & Order: SVU superstar is making history as the first woman to emcee the ceremony solo in 15 years. It is also the first time in nearly two decades that a non-comedian is leading the broadcast, promising a beautiful celebration of TV storytelling when the show airs live Monday, Sept. 14 on NBC and Peacock.
