New Trailer Alert 🚨 and yes, I’m kinda obsessed already
A24 just dropped the full trailer for The Drama and… okay, I’m intrigued. Like might actually see this in theaters intrigued (though let’s be real, there’s a strong chance I wait until it hits streaming).
The film stars Zendaya and Robert Pattinson as an engaged couple who quickly learn there is such a thing as oversharing. Zendaya plays Emma Harwood, a publishing house employee, while Pattinson is Charlie Thompson, a British museum director. Everything seems perfectly fine—until one unexpected revelation during their wedding week sends their relationship into full spiral mode.
The movie comes from writer-director Kristoffer Borgli and has that very specific A24 “this is going to mess with your head a little” energy. Mamoudou Athie, Alana Haim, and Hailey Gates round out the cast, which only makes this more appealing.
The Drama hits theaters April 3, and if the trailer is any indication, things are about to get very uncomfortable—in the best way.
