Also Sunday, the Spokane NAACP is hosting a Fireside with Vice-President Jaime Stacy at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on 401 W. Regina Avenue.
Monday after the march and rally, a MLK Day Resource Fair will be at the Spokane Convention Center from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. followed by a Teach-In from noon to 2 p.m.
Spokane City Hall, Spokane Municipal Court, and all Spokane Public Library branches will be closed.
Parking meters and kiosks on Monday are also free, however parking rules such as time limits still apply.
