SPOKANE, Wash. — A woman was arrested for shooting a man in a parking lot on Thursday, according to Spokane Police Department.
Around 11:45 a.m. on July 18, SPD responded to a reported physical fight and shooting in a parking lot. The location of the parking lot was not provided by police.
Police learned the fight was between a man and a woman and that the woman took a gun from a nearby car and shot the man before leaving the scene.
When officers arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound. He was treated by medics at the scene and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
SPD began searching for the suspect and car described by different 9-1-1 calls.
