I didn’t have Ryan Seacrest posting a shirtless thirst trap on my 2026 bingo card but here we are!
On Saturday, Rayan shared a picture where he is posing with an ElliptiGO elliptical bike in an arid locale under the bright sun. In a video also shared in the carousel, Seacrest was still out in the desert with the bike, this time staring up at the moon.
“This is what a day off looks like from start to finish. Go dawgs,” he wrote in the caption, shouting out the Georgia Bulldogs football team, which defeated the Vanderbilt Commodores during a Saturday game.
This surprise selfie generated a breathless response from his 6.2 million followers…many of them Ryan’s famous friends!
“Ryan relax!!!” wrote Thomas Wesley Pentz, better known as Diplo. Dancing With the Stars pro Gleb Savchenko commented, “Let’s gooo!!! Shredded 🔥🔥🔥🔥.”
