Rathdrum, Idaho — A 23-year-old man from Post Falls died in a motorcycle crash Monday night in Rathdrum.
It happened at the junction of state highway 53 and 41 just after 10:30 p.m.
According to Idaho State Police, the 23-year-old was driving a Yamaha R7 motorcycle on SH 53 when the motorcycle left the road and hit a road sign.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
SH 53 was temporarily closed due to the crash. It is now open.
The crash is under investigation.
