ADA COUNTY, Idaho — The Idaho Supreme Court has determined where the murder trial will be held for the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students.
Bryan Kohberger and his murder trial will both be moved to Ada County.
The Idaho Supreme Court made this ruling after Judge John Judge ruled last week Latah County could not handle a trial of this magnitude.

Judge Judge also determined there was a reasonable likelihood of a jury being biased against Kohberger due to media coverage of the murders.
According to the Idaho Supreme Court, Kohberger is also to be transferred and remain in custody of the Ada County Sheriff’s Office.
The Supreme Court also named District Judge Steven Hippler to replace Judge Judge.
Kohberger is accused of killing Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin and Xana Kernodle. He faces the death penalty if convicted.
