SPOKANE, Wash. — The City of Spokane announced the Thor-Freya intersections are now open.
The city first began working on the Thor-Freya intersections at 2nd and 3rd Avenue in March. Crews worked to reconstruct all four intersections in the area as well as install new storm, sewer, and water systems.
City officials said the project was delayed in its completion due to things like the installation of new curbing and damage to a traffic signal.
The Thor-Freya ramp from Interstate 90 is also open at this time.
