SPOKANE, Wash. — A new restaurant opening Friday at Brick West Brewing promises to bring flavors unlike anything the region has seen before.
Yo Dumplings, owned and operated by Chef Jocelyn Dupree, specializes in world street fusion cuisine that blends Southern smokehouse flavors with Asian cooking techniques.
“We’re definitely bringing a lot of different flavors, I don’t think I’ve ever seen half of our menu anywhere around here,” Dupree said.
The restaurant’s menu features creative fusion dishes including pepperoni pizza wontons, bulgogi beef ale battered loaded fries, and apple pie cheesecake dumplings for dessert.
Yo Dumplings will serve lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Brick West Brewing located at 1st Avenue and Cedar Street.
