SPOKANE, Wash. — While snow has been slow to arrive for many across the Inland Northwest, it’s not too early to prepare for the inevitable.
To get ahead of wintry conditions this season, the National Weather Service suggests you should winterize your vehicle, get the forecast before you head out the door, check road conditions, and pack an emergency supply kit.
