SPOKANE, Wash. — A five-day manhunt ended Friday morning when Spokane police arrested a 32-year-old man in connection with a fatal South Hill shooting.
Andre D. Moore was taken into custody without incident by patrol officers and detectives with the Special Investigations Unit. He was booked into the Spokane County Jail on a charge of first-degree murder in the Oct. 12 shooting.
Detectives with SPD’s Major Crimes Unit and Special Investigations Unit collected evidence from the scene and canvassed the surrounding area for video evidence, according to police. The investigation allowed detectives to determine Moore’s involvement in the fatal shooting.
Moore remains in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
