SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane residents can enjoy traditional Japanese ramen while supporting a local Buddhist temple when the Spokane Buddhist Temple hosts its Ramen Fest on October 5 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Perry District.
The community event at 927 S Perry St. will feature temple chefs serving traditional Japanese ramen with pork and chicken broth, plus vegetarian tofu options.
The menu also includes mochi desserts and inari sushi.
Organizers encourage early arrival as items typically sell out.
The event includes a Buddhist Temple Open House, and all proceeds support the all-volunteer temple’s operations.
