SPOKANE, Wash. — Rockwood Boulevard will be closed to all traffic between Grand Boulevard and Cowley Street to allow crews to perform essential water, sewer, and stormwater system improvements.
According to the City of Spokane, the closure will take place Monday, Sept. 15, through Wednesday, Sept. 17, as part of the Rockwood Boulevard project.
Drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes during the closure.
