KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho — A 9-year-old boy who was injured in a crash received a very special delivery from the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office recently.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 9-year-old Thaddeus was hurt in a crash on June 29 while riding his brand-new scooter he recently received for his birthday.
The Sheriff’s Office came together and pitched in to buy Thaddeus a new scooter and helmet, which they personally delivered.
KCSO said both Thaddeus and his mom were very appreciative of the gift.
