Dax Shepard is celebrating his wife Kristen Bell in a way only he can — with a mix of humor, love, and a little backyard yoga.
Following Bell’s 2025 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as Joanne in the romantic comedy Nobody Wants This, Shepard, 50, marked the moment on Instagram with a now-viral photo tribute.
In the pic, Bell, 44, is seen striking a downward dog yoga pose in their backyard — wearing nothing but a pair of bright blue knee-high socks.
“People might not know everything that happens behind the scenes in order to create an Emmy nominated performance like Kristen’s,” Shepard wrote in the caption. “This may or may not have been a part of her training, but it felt right. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!”
