SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A small brush fire broke out near an apartment complex in Spokane Valley on Tuesday evening, according to Spokane Valley Fire Department.
Around 6:15 p.m. on July 15, SVFD responded to a brush fire at the Pine Valley Ranch apartments near 32nd Avenue and Mamer Road.
A building in the complex was briefly evacuated, but residents have since been allowed back in.
SVFD said the fire is now under control and no structures are at risk.
Crews will remain at the scene for the next couple of hours to mop up.
