OKANOGAN COUNTY, Wash. — UPDATED at 4:45 p.m. on July 14 – Level 2 (GET SET) evacuations are now in place for the wildfire burning near Omak Airport on Monday afternoon, according to Okanogan County Emergency Management.
OCEM said the fire is spreading to the south and east and people south and east of the Airport should be ready to evacuate.
Level 3 (GO NOW) evacuations are also in place for the area near Greenacres Road in Riverside.

Evacuations are place for a wildfire burning near Omak on Monday afternoon.
Around 3:30 p.m. on July 14, Okanogan County Emergency Management issued Level 3 (GO NOW) evacuations for a wildfire burning near Greenacres Road in Riverside, about three miles north of the Omak Airport.
OCEM said people in the area should evacuate now and not wait for door-to-door notification.
