Just over 2,000 customers were without power around 2:30 p.m. in north Spokane, near the Indian Trail neighborhood.
No information as to what caused the power outage was provided.

Around 2:45 p.m. on July 13, Avista reported over 2,000 customers were without power in north Spokane, near the Indian Trail neighborhood.
