KETTLE FALLS, Wash. — Firefighters are continuing to battle the wildfire burning north of Kettle Falls.
According to incident teams, the Hope Fire has burned an estimated 5,600-6,700 acres or about 10 square miles.
Evacuations are in effect and the most recent map from Stevens County Emergency Management can be seen below.
The Red Cross has set up an evacuation center at Kettle Falls Middle School and an animal evacuation center at the Northeast Washington Fairgrounds.
