The Waste-to-Energy facility and Spokane County’s transfer stations will remain open.
Spokane 311 employees will be available for phone and online customer service inquiries on Thursday.
Riverfront Park attractions including the Looff Carrousel, the Numerica SkyRide, and the Numerica Skate Ribbon will be open. City golf courses will operate normally, and splash pads will be available.
The Spokane City Council will meet Monday, June 23, with a 3:30 p.m. agenda review and 6 p.m. legislative meeting.
