PULLMAN, Wash. — The city of Pullman says a lot of construction projects will be happening this week.
Waterline work is starting Tuesday between NE Terre View Drive and the Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport. Drivers should expect delays in the area through September.
Also starting Tuesday, Ziply Fiber will be installing new fiber optic lines in the Sunrise Terrace Addition. That work is expected to be done within a month.
The front parking lot of Sunnyside Park will be closed from Tuesday until Friday for repairs and maintenance. You can still get to the park from Old Wawai Road during that time.
The southbound lane of NE Cove Way will be closed on Tuesday while crews work on a private sewer repair in the area. Work should be done the same day.
Starting Wednesday, the Parks Department will be trimming trees on Spring Street from Daniel to Main. When that is done, the crew will work to trim trees on Whitman Street between Grant and State. Road closures will be in effect while tree trimming is taking place. The Parks Department says the work may take two days to finish.
Starting this week, Washington State University began paving work on Stadium Way. Full Stadium Way detours are expected between June 2 and June 6.
