SPOKANE, Wash. — If you’re looking for some fun ways for your kids to spend time this summer, check out one of Spokane Police Department’s Police Activity League (PAL) events!
Throughout July, SPD’s PAL program will bring together kids from across Spokane to enjoy a variety of fun activities throughout the city.
A collaborative project between SPD, Spokane Parks Department, YMCA and other local community partners, the program offers fun and structured athletic, artistic and social activities for kids ages 8-15.
Events are free and require registration. See the list of this year’s events below:
July 1 & 3 – Bowling at Lilac Lanes July 8 & 10 – Graffiti Paint-Over Project July 15 & 17 – Games at YMCAJuly 22 & 24 – Care Package Assembly July 29 & 31 – BBQ & Ice Cream Truck in Grant Park & Franklin Park
