SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – The Spokane Indians avoided a series loss winning the final game of the series against Tri-City, 2-1. The Sunday afternoon win allows the Indians and Dust Devils to split the six-game series with three wins each.
Michael Prosecky pitched seven innings and only allowed one run with six strikeouts. He’s pitched for 49 innings this season; the most in the Northwest League so far.
Jared Thomas swung for a pair of base hits, raising his batting average to .318.
The next home game is Tuesday, June 3 at 6:35 p.m.
