SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – After eight scoreless innings, Jared Thomas’ third hit of the game was enough in the ninth inning to lead the Spokane Indians to a win over the Vancouver Canadians.
Left-handed pitcher Michael Prosecky threw four innings and recorded seven strikeouts without allowing a run.
The Indians are now 2-1 in the series. They continue the six game stretch against the Canadians Friday night in Avista Stadium at 6:35 p.m.
