SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Come find your next furry friend just in time for baseball season!
Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service (SCRAPS) is hosting an adoption event this Friday from noon to 4 p.m.
The event will take place at the SCRAPS facility on East Trent Avenue in Spokane Valley.
Spokane Indians mascot Otto will also be making a special appearance at the adoption event.
Along with the adoption event, Spokane Indians Baseball is hosting a fan-favorite Bark in the Park night at Avista Stadium to kick off the start of baseball season. Baseball fans who bring their dog to the game can buy group tickets for only $6 per person and sit in a special pets-only section.
