OROVILLE, Wash. – Immediate evacuations have been issued for the area of Sunset Ridge Road in Oroville due to a wildfire.
Okanogan County Emergency Management said a fire is rapidly moving east and north along Crest Drive, 9 Mile Road and Point Drive.
People in the area should leave immediately. If you’re unable to leave, shelter in place.
Be aware of emergency vehicles responding to the fire if you are trying to evacuate.
