SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Public Library wants to hear your thoughts as they plan for the future.
SPL is conducting a strategic planning process called ‘Vision 2030’ to help guide the library’s services, spaces and programs over the next five years.
The plan will be based on library trends data, community priorities and community feedback.
“Whether you visit the library for study space, technology access, job resources, or community events, your experiences help us understand what Spokane needs most. Your voice ensures that our services evolve to meet the changing needs of our city,” reads SPL’s website.
Spokane Public Library is looking for feedback in the following areas: library access, programs and events, customer experience, economic development, inclusivity and sustainability.
