DOUGLAS COUNTY, Wash. — A man was arrested for threatening people and assaulting his neighbors in Orondo on Monday, according to Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 2:45 p.m. on March 24, DCSO responded to a call of an armed man threatening people on Orondo Spur Road.
When deputies arrived, they learned 39-year-old James Scott Martin was threatening people and had assaulted his neighbors with a ‘taser-like flashlight.’
Deputies worked with the Behavioral Health Unit and SWAT team to eventually arrest Martin.
He was booked into Chelan County Regional Jail for second-degree assault.
