COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho – A Post Falls woman died in a rollover crash on Interstate 90 east of Coeur d’Alene Friday.
According to Idaho State Police, the 31-year-old woman was driving eastbound with one other person just before 11 a.m.
Police said her SUV ran off the roadway on the right shoulder and she tried to over correct, which caused her to crash into the center concrete barrier. The SUV rolled on the roadway before coming to a rest upside down.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger of the SUV was taken to a local hospital for their injuries.
ISP said neither were wearing their seatbelt when the crash happened.
