SPOKANE, Wash. — A motorcyclist was injured after crashing into a vehicle, according to Spokane Police Department (SPD).
On July 30, around 7:24 p.m., SPD arrived to find the driver down in the road and the motorcycle two blocks away from the accident.
The driver was transported to a local hospital with significant injuries.
According to SPD, witnesses said a group of motorcyclists were driving extremely fast and weaving in and out of traffic.
Investigators determined the motorcycle was traveling twice the posted speed limit when it crashed.
SPD said the motorcycle driver had suffered severe injuries.
