Disney has finally released the first trailer for the highly anticipated live-action Lilo & Stitch, and fans are in for a nostalgic ride! The beloved 2002 animated classic is getting a fresh take, bringing the heartwarming story of a lonely Hawaiian girl and her mischievous alien “dog” to life like never before.
The trailer teases stunning Hawaiian landscapes, heartfelt Ohana moments, and, of course, the chaotic but lovable Stitch in all his live-action glory. While some fans were initially skeptical about how the blue troublemaker would look in CGI, the first glimpses seem to capture his playful spirit perfectly.
Directed by Dean Fleischer Camp (Marcel the Shell with Shoes On), the film stars newcomer Maia Kealoha as Lilo, Zach Galifianakis, and Chris Sanders reprising his role as the voice of Stitch.
