SPOKANE, Wash. — Four teenagers were detained after one of them allegedly pulled a gun on a Taco Bell employee in Spokane on Monday evening.
Spokane Police says it happened inside the restaurant at 6614 N. Division.
SPD says the group of teens started an altercation. The manager came out and told them to leave. One of them went outside, grabbed a gun, and walked back in and allegedly pointed it at an employee.
The group left soon after. Officers tracked them down and at least nine patrol cars stopped the Jeep near Franklin Park just off Division to conduct the high-risk stop.
All four teens were detained, but only one was arrested for 2nd degree assault.
SPD added there was a Crime Check call at 9 p.m. last night from the same Taco Bell, that employees say ‘juveniles associated with the incident earlier’ tried to start an altercation with employees and then left.
The investigation continues, and officers will be serving a search warrant on the SUV to look for a weapon.
