MOSCOW, Idaho — The City if Moscow is looking to refresh its public art pieces this spring.
It is now taing design submissions for four vinyl installations on traffic signal boxes across the city.
The new wrapped boxes will be located at:
-D & Hwy. 95
-Line & Hwy. 8
-Sweet & Hwy. 95
-Third & Main
Design submissions will be accepted through February 27th, 2026.
