SPOKANE, Wash – Chick-fil-A fans in Spokane won’t have to venture far out of downtown, as the second location of the fast-food chicken franchise is moving closer to opening.
Signs that read “Coming Soon” are now posted on the property at 104 E. Mission, just west of Gonzaga University.
Permits show contractors are demolishing several homes in the area to make way for the 5,000-square-foot building.
Chick-fil-A has not announced an opening date.
The chain operates another location six miles north on Newport Highway.
