GRANT COUNTY, Wash. — A 19-year-old was arrested for driving his car into a crowd of people outside of a house party in Desert Aire Saturday night.
According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, a disturbance broke out at the party on Desert Aire Drive Southwest around 11:15 p.m. on Saturday.
19-year-old Alain Pantaleon Suarez then got into his car, struck a person standing among a group of people in the home’s driveway, and drove away from the area.
The Sheriff’s Office says Pantaleon was found inside the parked car at Oasis Place Southwest and Desert Aire Drive Southwest.
Pantaleon was booked into Grant County Jail for vehicular assault, DUI and hit and run.
The Sheriff’s Office says the person who was hit by Pantaleon’s car declined medical care.
