SEATTLE, Wash. – The Seattle Seahawks have won the NFC Championship and booked a trip to Super Bowl LX following a win over the Los Angeles Rams, 31-27.
Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold threw for 346 yards and three touchdowns in his best performance of the season. His primary target, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, caught 10 passes for 153 yards and a touchdown.
Seattle’s win improves their all-time NFC Championship game record to 4-0, last winning in January 2015 in overtime against Green Bay.
The Hawks play against the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LX in Santa Clara, California on February 8 at 3:30 p.m.
