LIBERTY LAKE, Wash – An animal knocked out power to thousands of Avista customers in the eastern portion of Spokane County Saturday.
Avista’s outage map reports several thousands of people lost power around 10:40 Saturday, mostly in Liberty Lake.
The website says an animal triggered the outage. We’ve reached out to Avista for more information.
The company estimated people would power back on around 1:30.
