SPIRIT LAKE, Idaho — The Spirit Lake Police Department is asking for help finding a man who was reportedly involved in a home invasion early Wednesday morning.
According to SLPD, a man entered a home on Washington Street just after 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday. The homeowner confronted him and he fled westbound toward 6th Avenue.
Police say the person is described as a white male, 5-feet-10-inches to 6-feet tall with a thick build, scruffy facial hair and dark hair in a military-style buzz cut.
The man was last seen wearing a black work-style jacket with high visibility strips, dark colored pants with a large metallic belt buckle and dark shoes. Police say he is believed to be driving a white 2017 Subaru STI with loud modified exhaust, white wheels and dark window tint.
