PULLMAN, Wash – Damage from Wednesday’s windstorm extended from Spokane down onto the Palouse, knocking trees into homes in Pullman.
One tree fell onto a home on Maple Street on College Hill. The tree was perpendicular to the ground.
Washington State University posted pictures of several trees down on campus.
Flags along Stadium Way were ripped in half.
WSU closed most of campus for the day.
Classes for the fall semester ended last week.
