In the clip, Robbie’s Cathy goes full sensory mode and digs her fingertips into that plush wall like it’s a long-lost lover. Then Elordi’s Heathcliff steps in and… licks it. Yep. Welcome to Gothic romance, 2026 style.
This steamy reimagining is adapted from Emily Brontë’s iconic novel, following Cathy and Heathcliff’s chaotic, star-crossed love affair from the wild moors of West Yorkshire to all the heartbreak and longing that follows.
And because this movie refuses to be subtle, the trailer also features a new track from Charli XCX—who already blessed us with “Everything Is Romantic” in the first teaser. This time, she teamed up with John Cale on a haunting track called “House.”
