SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 33-year-old missing endangered male.
According to SPD, Paxson Matthews arrived in Spokane on or about Sept. 12 and was last seen near the intersection of North Division and West North River Drive.
SPD stated Paxson is legally blind and deaf, and he has difficulty speaking. He has significant mobility issues and multiple disabilities that require medical attention.
According to SPD, Paxson is 5-foot-10, approximately 125 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Paxson also has a large zigzag-shaped scar that runs from ear to ear.
SPD stated Paxson now has a full beard and typically wears ball or stocking caps. He is known to carry a brown fanny pack and is likely wearing black dress shoes.
He is known to frequent the South Hill as well as the Gonzaga area.
