SPOKANE, Wash. — The Hillyard Fund Raisers is giving $30,000 to John R. Rogers High School thanks to the success of this year’s Pirate Scramble Golf Tournament.
The tournament was held on August 16 at Wandermere Golf Course in Spokane. The funds from the tournament will benefit the students and staff at the school.
“Rogers High School deeply appreciates the continued support of the Hillyard Fund Raisers and everyone who participates in the Pirate Scramble,” said Aaron Brecek, Rogers Athletics and Activities Director. “These contributions directly benefit our students and help enhance their overall school experience.”
Hillyard Fund Raisers has supported multiple initiatives at Rogers High School in the past, including DECA competitions, AP testing, nutrition programs, athletics, school spirit activities and more.
“Thank you, Hillyard Fund Raisers, for your continued support of our school and community,” said John Hammil, Principal of Rogers High School. “Your generosity is making a real difference in our students’ lives, and we’re proud to partner with you.”
