SPOKANE, Wash. — Explore the magic and mysticism of Spokane at Manito Park Friday night.
Local publisher Banana Slug Books is hosting a “Spokane Campfire Stories” event to mark the release of its book of the same name.
The event will feature a book reading, s’mores, and other fun camp-style games. It’s free for all ages and will be held at the Lawrence Rist Memorial Fireplace at Manito Park Friday, August 22 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
‘Spokane Campfire Stories: A Literary Anthology’ is a collection of stories about Spokane’s mythic side.
