LINCOLN COUNTY, Wash. — Firefighters are working to secure lines around a wildfire burning near the border of Lincoln and Spokane counties.
According ot the latest fire update, the Crescent Road Fire is 892 acres with no containment.
Fire crews began mopping up around the perimeter of the fire on Friday. A small burnout operation was conducted to clean up around the fireline.
Crews spent Friday night patrolling around structures in the area and improving firelines.
Evacuations remain in place for the fire.
