8:52 A.M. UPDATE: Power is restored. No word what caused it.

SPOKANE, Wash — 876 Avista customers are currently without power in north Spokane.
According to Avista, the outage is near Town and Country. It was reported just after 7:30 a.m. and is estimated to be restored by 10 a.m.
Avista says crews are aware of the outage and working to fix it.
This outage is also where the southbound lane of N Country Homes Boulevard is closed starting this morning. The closure stretches from N. Cedar Rd. to N. Wall St. and is expected to last until Friday, August 29th.
According to Spokane County, the closure is for sewer and roadwork.
It is unclear at this time if power outage and roadwork are connected.
