SPOKANE, Wash. — If you’re driving near Spokane Community College on Friday, you might want to give yourself extra time to get where you’re going.
On August 1, WSDOT crews will be saw-cutting into the concrete in the left lane of southbound Greene Street.
The work is scheduled to begin around 6 a.m. and wrap around 7 p.m. The work is so crews can begin installing new drainage pipes and manhole covers on August 4.
Northbound Greene Street will not be affected.
The construction is part of the North Spokane Corridor project.
Drivers should expect delays and slow down in work zones.
