SPOKANE, Wash. — If you’ve been looking for a more affordable option to take care of your furry friend, check out the Spokane Humane Society’s upcoming cat spay appointments.
Throughout the month of July, Spokane Humane Society is offering multiple cat spay appointments for low-income families.
Spaying a cat can sometimes cost hundreds of dollars, but the Humane Society offers eligible families low-cost options. The cost is $100 to spay a female cat, and $80 to neuter a male cat.
With the Human Society’s 2024 low income guidelines, a family of four can have a monthly income of up to $4,079.
