LINCOLN COUNTY, Wash. — UPDATED 10:55 p.m. on July 9 – The wildfire burning near Davenport, Washington on Wednesday night has grown to about 4,000 acres, according to Inciweb, a website run by the U.S. government.
4,000 acres is equal to about 6.25 square miles.
As of Wednesday night, both Level 2 (GET SET) and Level 3 (GO NOW) evacuations are in place for those living in the area.

Level 2 (GET SET) evacuations have been extended up to Circle Road, according to Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

Fire evacuations have been extended up to Bald Ridge Road, according to Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
Fire crews from Harrington, Reardan, DNR, Creston, and Davenport are on scene.
Please avoid the area as crews continue to work.

According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), residents in the Cayuse Cove area should also be prepared to leave at this time.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said the Lincoln County Fairgrounds, located at 1601 Morgan St. in Davenport, are also open for evacuation staging.

Level 2 (GET SET) evacuations have been issued for residents that live near the Spokane River off of Wynecoop Cayuse Mountain Road, according to Spokane Tribal Police.
Spokane Tribal Police said this means you don’t have to leave your residence but be ready.

Level 3 (GO NOW) evacuations are in place for a large wildfire burning near Carp Lake and Western Pines Road approximately 10 miles north of Davenport, Washington.
If you are in the area, evacuate immediately and stay out until further notice, according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
