SHOSHONE COUNTY, Idaho — Shoshone County Sheriff Holly Lindsey is on “sudden and unexpected” medical leave.
According to the sheriff’s office, Sheriff Lindsey will be on medical leave until approximately July 20.
The department says it anticipates Sheriff Lindsey will return healthy and able to perform her normal duties.
In the interim, Undersheriff Lance Stutzke will take over the sheriff duties.
