SPOKANE, Wash. — Many living on Spokane’s south hill woke up without power Monday morning.
According to Avista, a power outage impacted a little more than 3,100 customers between 29th Avenue and I-90 west of Manito Park.
Avista was able to restore power for most of the area by about 8 a.m.
No cause was given.
